Product descriptions and photos might not match.
Product’s Warranty
Cartomizers and clearomizers, for example, have “dead on delivery” warranties. We are unable to provide a lengthy guarantee on these goods due to their nature as semi-disposable items. If an item is dead on delivery, you must notify us within three working days so we may send you a replacement. Please take notice that in order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned unopened and any sealed products must have their seals intact. On other products, including [but not limited to] batteries, cases, chargers, etc. A product’s warranty may be voided if it exhibits severe evidence of abuse or neglect.

Selling any electronic cigarette goods to anyone under the age of 18 is against the law.

Payment
Before we can deliver any of the goods, you must pay us in full for all of them.
The Items must be paid for in full, and we can collect payment as soon as it is due if you include your credit or debit card information with your Purchase.
Protection Of Data And Privacy
Only when the goods are delivered to you do we transfer the risk of damage or loss to you.
Upon delivery or upon receipt of full payment for the Items, ownership of the Goods will transfer from us to you.
