Return Policy Of Ezvape
The refund will only be applied to the account you requested it from.
You must notify the company through email (brand email address) within three days of purchase if your item or package is damaged, defective, or in any other way flawed in order to properly exchange the item or obtain a refund.
Returned items without a manufacturing defect will not be refunded.
Please note that shipping costs are not transferable. All additional handling and shipping costs would be at the expense of the buyer.
If the product is in good working condition, there is no manufacturer defect, and you still wish to exchange it, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product.
Earning shop credit or exchanging the item for another from the same category are your two alternatives.
Products Not Refundable
There is a 15-day limited warranty on all products sold by ezvape. with the following restrictions related to re-use and hygiene issues:
Before departing the store in a proper manner, customers are advised to carefully check their purchases. Once the customer leaves the store, certain things cannot be exchanged or returned due to reuse issues.
Our products are always delivered to customers in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event that any of the aforementioned products are damaged in transportation, we may accept returns.
